Patients may receive a text following their appointment and will be asked to rate their satisfaction with their recent experience with the surgery and have the opportunity to leave comments.
Comments are discussed as a practice and fed back to individual staff where mentioned. Suggestions for improvement are considered
Please note as no patient information is collected, this is not the route by which to raise complaints or specific problems/concerns that you would like investigated. If you would like a response to your concern please contact the practice manager either formally as a complaint (see policies and procedures page for details) or informally if you prefer.
