  The NHS App is only supported on certain devices.

You can install and use the NHS App on:

  • Android version 5 (Lollipop) and above, on devices with a front-facing camera only
  • Apple iOS version 11 and above

Please note: For the best experience on Android we recommend using Android version 8 (Oreo) and above.

The NHS App should not be installed on certain devices, for example "jailbroken" or "rooted" devices. To find out more, view the Prohibited uses section of the NHS App terms of use.

You can use NHS App online to access services on your desktop or laptop computer, using your web browser. You do not need to install anything to get started. Go to www.nhs.uk/app.

To use the NHS App on your desktop or laptop computer, you must have JavaScript enabled on your browser. Find out how to enable JavaScript for Windows, or how to enable JavaScript for Mac.

You do not need Testflight to use the NHS App anymore.

Our e-consultation service can be accessed via the front page of our website. You do not have to register for this

For online services such as appointments or repeat prescriptions - you will need to register or use the NHS app

If you wish to register for online services please contact reception. We will need to see proof of identity before we can issue login details

If you registered before the test results feature was activated in April 2016 and wish to use this - you will need to apply for upgraded access. Please ask at reception.
