Recordings could be used for training purposes and to feedback to any abusive callers. Our receptionists are all trying to help patients and we will not tolerate abuse.
Call recordings could also be used to confirm what advice was given in case of query.
Call recording will come in when our phone system upgrade is complete mid December 2019.
